Seafood Cocktail

Prep time: 30 mins

Cook Time: 15 mins

Serves 4

1 lb fresh shrimp

2 large lobster tails

Bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil

Add seafood with shells on

Simmer for 15 minutes until shrimp and lobster are both pink

Remove shrimp and lobster and place in ice bath

Peel shrimp

Remove lobster from shell and chop into chunks

Chill and serve with a lemon wedge and EFS cocktail sauce

Fried Catch-of-the-Day

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Serves 4

Dredge fresh fish filets through

1. Flour

2. egg wash

3.EFS panko breadcrumbs

Deep fry fish in neutral oil until golden brown on each side and cooked through

Serve with lemon wedges and EFS tartar sauce

Blackened Yellowtail Snapper

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Yellowtail Snapper

  • Unsalted butter

  • A pinch of salt and pepper

  • Eat Florida Seafood
    Blackened Seasoning

  • Lemons

  • A few sprigs of fresh parsley, either flat leaf or curly

Serve with white rice
