Customers are responsible for refrigerating or freezing seafood immediately upon delivery and following safe food-handling and cooking practices.
Consuming raw or undercooked seafood may increase the risk of foodborne illness, particularly for pregnant individuals, young children, older adults, and individuals with weakened immune systems or shellfish allergies.
Eat Florida Seafood is not responsible for illness or allergic reaction resulting from improper handling, storage, cooking, or consumption after delivery.
